These felt sense and somatic terms are here to use during your daily check-ins as you move through the 8 week daily guided experiences. Each day asks you to list 3 somatic descriptors. These are suggestions, but there are many more in the human language to choose from. You may even come up with your own as I added some of my own descriptors in this list.
